1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BugJar ("the Service"), operated by Frequency AI Ltd trading as Cashew Crate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BugJar is a bug triage dashboard that collects user feedback (bugs, feature requests, and general feedback) from Cashew Crate apps and provides an admin interface to review, prioritize, and resolve issues. Feedback data is stored securely via encrypted connections.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Access

BugJar is an internal tool for Cashew Crate administrators. Access to the triage dashboard is restricted to authorized accounts only.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, submitting spam or malicious feedback, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the Service, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The BugJar name, logo, and original code are property of Frequency AI Ltd. User-submitted feedback remains the property of the submitter.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frequency AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
